Yoga for lower back & hip pain

I came across this fantastic blog recently which is perfect for us young (at heart that is 😂) folk who suffer with lower back and hip pains.

Ive always wanted to try yoga, not just for the physical aspect but the mental side too.

We live in the fastest paced world that has ever been. Everything is rushed and we hardly ever need to practice patients because everything we need is delivered with speed! Information, parcels, coffee, you name it! Go back 10 to 20 years and you will notice the big difference in how crazy the worlds become.

Which also means we are expected to do things at super speed and at quantity. No wonder there’s so much stress, and with stress comes pain.

Our bodies can let out signals of stress in the form of pain (headaches being a main one) but it can also result on other pain around the body.

Fetch in the super gadgets and technology and we are probably the laziest humans have ever been. Our parents didnt have internet shopping did they? And our grandparents probably didnt get a car until they were out of their prime.

We need to start looking after our minds and bodies! I know I certainly do, im mid 30s and have terrible pains in the back (and thats just my husband 😂).
